I did not buy from this vendor. I bought from eBay, Georgia, “petcrate” ID. Item is “made in China” and is poorly constructed. Seller shipped broken or was broken in transit and then demanded “I” pay $65 return shipping for HIS error and cheap product.
Bars are heavy duty but lock is cheap and hinges are just pop rivited in. No wonder it arrived broken. Poorly packaged for shipping also. If it didn’t make it through shipping, it wouldn’t hold my dog.
