The dog ramp works great. Very lightweight and easy to use. Supports the weight of my two German shephards. Only a couple of minor problems. When the ramp folds, there is a snap buckle to keep it closed. It was broken when I opened the box. I called the company’s customer service, got a recording, left a message, and never heard from them. Went to a supply store and fixed the buckle myself. Also, the non slip overlay is coming off in one section.
