This clipper is very quiet and lightweight. Be careful not to cut the animal you are clipping with this blade! This blade is supposed to be good for matted horses and I cut too close 2 times and made her bleed. I am also having a difficult time changing the blades. The housing gets a little hotter than I expected and I hope this does not mean there is something wrong with it.
