    Easy to install. The only problem I have is that the space between the bars next to the doorway is wider than the others. That is one thing that needs to be corrected as very small puppies can slide right thru that opening.

    We have 2 cats and 3 small dogs (1 Westie & 2 Pugs). Although this product is awesome if you have larger dogs, smaller ones can get through the opening. Even though one of our Pugs has a sizeable noggin, the temptation of getting into the laundry room to “clean up the litter box” is overwhelming to him. He was able to get through the door, but I think the scabs on his neck were worth it to him, because he has gotten through twice.

    I had to fasten some straps to narrow the opening so that the cats could still get through, keeping the dogs out.

    The gate is great, and it makes adjusting to fit in different door openings a breeze. I just wish there was a similar adjustable door on the gate to keep smaller dogs out. If you have larger dogs, do yourself a favor and pick up one of these! If you have smaller dogs (under 30lbs.), you likely will find yourself trying to rig something like I did.

    I needed a pet gate for my bedroom door (statndard size door) to keep my little dogs out of the room since we just installed new carpet. It works just great. It comes with a small extender however I did not need to use that part of the product. I’m 5′ 2″ and it’s even perfect for me to step over. The size of the gate door is perfect for little dogs as well. I have a maltese and two japanese chins and they fit perfect through the tiny door. I will be ordering another gate for another area in the house. It’s so nice not to have to step over a tall gate any more. Great product and very easy to install.
