I have 3 dogs and purchased 3 of these toys. They punctured two out of 3 of the toys within a half hour. I am very disappointed and I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I was told by the person that I purchased them from, who is affiliated with Amazon.com, that I need to go through the manufacturer. This is extremely poor customer service for poor quality merchandise. This is also my first disappointment with anything I’ve purchased on this site.
I bought a pair of these (raccoon and fox) for my jack russell terrier. Although she absolutely loved the them, she had both squeakers punctured in five minutes and fully removed within forty-five minutes. She had also managed to rip open a hole in the toy within an hour. The good thing I will say about them is the clean up was minimal. Unfortunately, these are NOT indestructible as I was led to believe.
