If this bed was just a bit smaller it would be perfect! It is cushy with 9″ of padding and my dog loves the bolster. It is everything it is advertised to be for a dog larger than my 86 lb black lab. Because my lab tends to lay on one side rather than in the middle of the bed and there’s approx. 8″ of room to spare, the stuffing humps up on the portion she is not lying on and it looks like its trying to throw her out. Doesn’t look too comfortable. As long as she lays in the middle there isn’t a problem. Wish this had come in a 44″-48″ size. Think she would be much more comfortable. Definitely would recommend this bed for dogs over 100 lbs.
Our dobie loves the bumper around the edge, allows him to snuggle. It has kept its shape fairly well – have had it for a year now.
I ordered this on Amazon from PetSupplyFactory. My dog is 50 lbs, but I ordered the extra large. I didn’t really pay attention to the measurements provided and when it got here I was shocked at how big it was! It came in a small box so I was actually afraid it was too small, but then when I popped it out, it was gigantic and way bigger than I expected! It seems like it is going to be very comfortable for my dog, and she seems to like it so far. The outer edges are almost like a pillow for her!
