Flexi Classic All-Belt Retractable BELT Leash for Dogs up to 44 lbs. (16 ft.) features a specially designed webbing for the entire retractable dog leash instead of a cord. It extends up to 16 feet and is for small to medium dogs up to 44 lbs.Directions : 1. Extend your arm forward and press the brake button with your thumb to prevent the dog from further extending the leash cord. 2. With the brake button depressed, step towards your dog and at the same time bring your arm to your side. 3. Release the brake button and swing your arm towards the dog so that the leash cord can retract into the leash housing. Press the brake button again to prevent the leash cord from extending further. I ordered two all belt “leashes”. They came slightly different from each other but both are working well. The lock button on the blue one is a bit larger. Needed two colors for two dogs. We wore out the last ones after five years. They were corded and we wanted the replacements to be belts. The cords can be dangerous if you allow yourself or someone else to become tangled at all. The dogs will pull and cut/burn your skin. The belts will be much safer.
