    Flexi leashes are a pleasure to use.

    I reccomend making sure that you get one

    that is rated for your dog’s weight. I had a

    lightweight one for my 100 lb German Shepherd

    and he shredded it chasing a cat. I now have one

    rated for dog’s up to 200 lbs. It is like operating a

    cadillac. Very smooth. Wouldn’t walk without it. I bought this

    44 lb one for my neighbor who loves his dog very much.

    The Flexi retractable dog leash is a great product!

    BUT be careful myself included ; when the leash is extened we will tend to sometimes grab the rope that holds the leash to the dog ; and when this happens you will get rope burn !!

    Be carful not to let small children use this because it can very easy wrap around them and

    thats when bad things happen !

    I HAVE A FEW FLEXI-LEASHES BUT WANTED TO TRY ONE WITH THE “TAPE” RATHER THAN THE “CORD” STYLE. ONE OF THE REVIEWS STATED THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED THE CORD WHEN THE TAPE WAS ORDERED AND NEVER GOT IT CORRECTED AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. SO WHEN I RECEIVED THE “CORD STYLE” I WAS DISAPPOINTED BUT DIDN’T WANT THE HASSLE OF RETURNING SEVERAL TIMES. ALL IN ALL THE FLEXI LEASHES ARE GREAT AS LONG AS THE DOG DOESN’T BITE ON IT OR GET IT WRAPPED AROUND SOMETHING SHARP.

    I like it very much, I have a Jack Russell and she loves to walk very fast and this gives her more room to run when we go for walks

    I have a 14 lb. dog. I am now on my 3rd Flexi Leash. My dad was able to chew thru the cord of the first one. My second one, the inside cable was making noise and finally it just popped one day. I paid postage and returned it to Flexi. They said, my dog bit the leash. This was NOT the case. I received a form letter, unsigned stating: We examined the leash and determined the belt is damaged, due to dog biting. I heard their warranty was useless.

    Also, there was a t.v. magazine show (60 minutes, or another show) that showed how the cord can cut and maime the dog.
