    This item is the biggest piece of junk. It WILL NOT stay stuck together and we have had to modify it with screws to keep it together so that our pets can use it. I would not buy this again, it was not even worth the money.

    This is a great product. I installed one on my screen door five years ago. I used heavy duty Gorilla glue to keep it together. Now we have a new door, I rushed out to get another one. Last a long time and extremely convenient!

    I purchased this product to save our newly

    screened, patio door.

    My husband couldn’t get the two plastic parts to snap or

    stay together.

    The lady at the number we called instantly knew the

    problem. This tells me that other customers have had the same issues.

    My request for a full refund wasn’t questioned, this

    is a positive.

    Until this product is improved, I would not buy it!

    Like other reviewers, we also found that this product is a poor quality. It was easy to install, but the 2 sections quickly came apart. We tried gluing the 2 sections together, but that didn’t work. Finally, we screwed the door together. The screws are holding the door together, but it changes shape with temperature changes. We are going to replace the screen and look for a different door. I would not get this product again!

    LOVE this item…and so do our two dogs. As long as we are home and the weather permits, the dogs go in and out as they wish. We have a beagle and a yorkie. We previously had the smaller version but the beagle ‘just’ fit so the screen ripped. I recommend the large version for all size dogs…sometimes the little one hears something outside and takes off like a bullet…the bigger door makes her exit so much easier. Very sturdy and VERY easy to install.
