This aluminum pet door fits hollow and solid doors. It has a flexible PVC flap with magnetic energy seal. Accommodates door widths from 1 1/4” to 2 1/4″. Opening size 8½”W x 12″H. For pets up to 40 lbs., including the Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Dachshund, Scottish Terrier and King Charles Spaniel. A sturdy aluminum frame and a lockable steel security panel provide added security. More durable than plastic doors. Recommended for indoor applications or outdoor access to covered areas, as well as outdoor applications for temperate climates.     awesome convenience, solid construction, easy install, good frame materials except for the weak screws… ended up replacing them with my own.
