    I had this leash for 10 days and my 95lb dog broke it while I was trying to keep him from another dog. Luckily he didn’t run into traffic.

    The metal ring at the end of the leash is the part that broke. I tried to get the vendor to send me a replacement, but they ignored my email.

    Avoid this leash. It’s another cheap product from China.

    This leash, along with the flashing reflective collar, was the best safety advantage my little dog could get. She was dark and short so she blended right into the street.

    Now she is visible from about 5 blocks away. The strip on the leash is also reflective without the light being turned on so lit-up areas such as the park don’t require constant use of the batteries. I am very happy with my purchase and consider this a “must” for those who walk their pets at night.

    The reflective strip could have been shifted a little farther up the leash though. The strip makes the leash heavier (not much) and the strip tends to want to drag toward the ground. I usually pull up on the leash to

    take up the extra space.
