    My Maltese/Bichon mix LOVES this dog bed — opening is low so she can step right in, a plus for a dog with hip and patella problems. She snuggles in it nearly every night. Removable fluffy bottom cushion makes it easy to clean, but I recommend washing in a large sink or bathtub to ensure the stuffing doesn’t shift.

    could use more padding on the bottom. had to put a pillow under the cushion.
