Purchased this vest for my chocolate lab. He’s kinda hard to see when we go walking at night. Bought a different vest for him that wouldn’t stay in place…it twisted & moved as we walked which limited its function. Saw this on Amazon, read the reviews and decided to pick one up….couldn’t be happier. The vest has large velcro straps which help in putting it on and keeping it in place. This vest doesn’t move when the dog walks and boy is it reflective! It lights up like crazy when cars headlights hit it. I feel so much better walking my pooch at night when he’s wearing this vest. Pick one up for your doggy, you won’t be disappointed!
My lab is about 75lbs and the large vest fits him very well.
Nice vest, once I figured out how to put it on the dog, I learned I bought one too large but my wife fixed it. The size was my fault and was what I ordered.
Great dog vest for running, or any other night activity. Goes on very easy and fits our Goldendoodle nicely. He never once hesitated or seemed to really even realize it was there. Works well, would definitely purchase again.
The “Large” size fits my 75-pound dog perfectly. The first time, I put it on upside down. Look at the pictures in the instructions.
My dog is black & tan (Gordon Setter). I did not realize how difficult it was to see us walking at night, or how unsafe it was, until we were almost hit by a car a couple of months ago while walking at night! This event prompted me to look at getting a reflective vest for my dog. After reading many reviews for several similar products, I chose this one and I am very happy that I did. This product is very easy to get on (and my dog is very skittish.) It is easy to adjust and does not hamper her walking or movement in any way. The vest actually “glows” in the dark when light of any kind hits it. As other reviewers have noticed, cars actually slow down now and swerve around as they go by us. This is a pretty clear indication to me that we are getting noticed. We walk around neighborhoods that don’t have street lights or sidewalks. I have recommended this product to several of my friends. i feel so much better about walking the dog at night now.
