Meet Tux. It’s like a dog’s chance to get his cake and eat it too. Tux is the perfect combination of a supremely stuffable / tossable dog treat toy and guaranteed-tough Zogoflex®. Just like our other Zogoflex toys, Tux is pliable, bounces, nontoxic, recyclable, and buoyant. Simply stuff your dog’s favorite treat into the cavity of Tux and let ‘er rip. Tux is even dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Tux is a treat toy and was designed to withstand chewing, but still be fun – with or without a treat.

This toy does what it’s advertised to do. My Lab-Basenji mix is wicked on chew toys, and I usually stick with bones and Nylabone products. This is also great for stuffing with treats and peanut butter for a boredom chaser, and bounces crazy, too! Worth the $$ and I’ve spent plenty looking for toys that last, trust me! The company will also replace a damaged toy one time, and re-cycle the returned toy, so keep your packaging for contact info and instructions, should the need arise.
The tux only lasted a month for our 18-month old black Lab but that was a very happy month for her. We worry about her injesting toys but she seemed to always spit out the chunks and we would throw them away right away. My husband said “so much for your indestructible toy” but nothing is indestructible with a Lab it seems. It is expensive but I have bought toys at the store that she has in little pieces in 10 minutes so this was worth the price in comparison. I saw it at a “discount” pet store and there was no discount!
I really love this toy. I smear peanut butter on the insider which acts as a glue for other solid treats you can put in. I put in pieces of salmon treats and then I jam a biscuit on top of it. Because the toy flexes a bit, you can really squeeze a larger piece of dog biscuit in it which makes the dog work even harder when trying to get the treats out.
This toy has withstood our 70lb mixed breeds attentions. She can usually finish off a “chew toy” in a day but this has lasted and shows no sign of ripping or breaking down. It also is good to put treats or peanut butter in and this will occupy her for some time. ~ KD
Darn it!! $15 for this? I don’t think so!!! I thought the 3 points would be hollow so the treats would go in, but nope. It’s just a hole in this toy. My dog’s don’t really play with it. They prefer kongs. They should also only show 1 toy in the main picture otherwise people get confused.
